Xinlong Machinery is a manufacturing-oriented enterprise specializing in forging, casting, and machining. Our casting facility has an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons. Our casting factory is equipped with two 20-ton electric furnaces, two 9-meter natural gas heat treatment kilns, and casting equipment for pattern making. We have also introduced advanced testing equipment, including the GS1000 direct reading spectrometer from Germany's OBLF, mechanical performance testing machines, impact testers,digital hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and tensile testing machines.

We utilize CAE software to digitally simulate the casting process, allowing us to achieve a leading level of casting technology in the domestic market. For finishing large castings, we employ techniques such as arc air gouging and shot blasting to ensure the quality and appearance of our castings are maintained at the highest standards.
