During the forging process, coarse grains and impurities are compressed into metal flow lines aligned with the direction of deformation, significantly improving the quality of spiral bevel gears. Bevel gears produced using near-net-shape forming technology greatly ensure dimensional accuracy, allowing for minimal machining or even no cutting at all in subsequent processes to meet usage requirements.
